Director Sujeeth has explored different styles of filmmaking, from romantic comedy thrillers to large-scale action dramas, through films such as Run Raja Run, Saaho and They Call Him OG. His journey reflects a shift in scale and genre, with each project bringing a different cinematic world to the screen.
Sujeeth made his directorial debut with Run Raja Run, starring Sharwanand and Seerat Kapoor. The romantic comedy thriller gained attention for its engaging narrative, humour and presentation, establishing him as a filmmaker to watch in Telugu cinema.
He followed it with Saaho, starring Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor. The action thriller featured elaborate action sequences, striking visuals and an expansive cinematic world, introducing Sujeeth’s filmmaking to a wider pan-Indian audience.
He later teamed up with Pawan Kalyan for They Call Him OG, a gangster action drama that continued his association with stylised action and larger-than-life storytelling.
Sujeeth is now working on Bloody Romeo, starring Natural Star Nani. Marking the first collaboration between the actor and director, the film grabbed attention with its announcement glimpse, which introduced Nani in a distinctive avatar combining the worlds of a chef and a gangster. The intriguing presentation has raised curiosity about the character and the story.
Produced by Venkat Boyanapalli under Niharika Entertainment, in association with Unanimous Productions, Bloody Romeo is currently in production. The makers recently confirmed that the first shooting schedule is progressing well.
