SKN clarifies comments on Telugu heroines: 'My Words Were Misunderstood'

Producer SKN of Baby fame has been quoted as saying by the media that he is not enthusiastic about working with Telugu heroines debutantes anymore. On Tuesday, SKN clarified that he didn't intend to say that. In a statement today, SKN stated that he has introduced more than half a dozen Telugu-speaking actresses through his films. Reshma, Anandi, Manasi, Vaishnavi Chaitanya , Aishwarya, and Kushitha, among a few others, have been introduced by me. Additionally, I have worked with (upcoming) Telugu-speaking actresses like Priyanka Jawalkar and Priya Vadlamani, SKN said. A couple of the aforementioned actresses' movies are yet to be released. I am one of the few producers to have introduced many Telugu actresses to the industry. A lighthearted comment I made recently has been misunderstood, leading to unnecessary headlines with inaccurate interpretations, SKN clarified. SKN plans to introduce more than two dozen talented Telugu girls across multiple crafts in the future. Supporting and promoting Telugu talent has always been my priority, he iterated. SKN's Mass Movie Makers recently launched a talent hunt to spot aspiring writing talents. The same was done in collaboration with Amrutha Productions.
