Despite being released with limited shows, the movie witnessed packed houses across theaters, prompting the addition of extra screens to meet the overwhelming demand. Starring Aadi Sai Kumar in the role of a scientist who descends on a village to study a meteor and produced under Shining Pictures, the film is currently captivating audiences in cinemas, blending mystery and adventure in a mystical setting.
The story of Shambhala is set in a village where a meteor strikes. Since the village is tradition-bound, the residents dread it. The meteor awakens a series of chilling supernatural phenomena tied to an ancient legend of Lord Shiva. A skeptical scientist arrives to debunk the beliefs, only to find himself caught in a web of rising communal panic. As the line between science and folklore blurs, he must navigate high-stakes twists to uncover a truth far more terrifying than the myths themselves.
