The makers of Sathyavan Savithiri have unveiled the film’s teaser in Tamil and Telugu, offering a glimpse into a courtroom drama led by Keerthy Suresh. With the tagline “Objections Overruled! Savithiri Takes Over… In Style!”, the teaser introduces an interesting mix of legal proceedings, comedy and personal drama. The film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on November 20, 2026.
The teaser opens with Keerthy Suresh appearing as a lawyer, praying to Goddess Durga to protect her. In a courtroom sequence, she asks a judge where he would take a bribe of Rs. 10 lakh if someone offered it to influence a decision. The judge responds by questioning her sanity, setting the tone for the film’s quirky humour. These moments introduce Savithiri as a character who is outspoken and unpredictable, even as she navigates the formal world of law.
The teaser also reveals that Savithiri has always loved the law, graduated with the ambition of becoming a successful lawyer and eventually entered the profession. However, her clumsy nature adds another layer to her character. Alongside her professional life, the teaser hints at a marriage, raising questions about whether she is genuinely interested in the alliance and how it fits into her life.
Charukesh plays Deepak, while Mysskin appears as Markandeyan. Their roles add further intrigue to the film, though the teaser keeps much of the story under wraps. Sam C. S. composes the music, contributing to the film’s overall mood.
With Keerthy Suresh leading the story as an unconventional lawyer, Sathyavan Savithiri promises a blend of courtroom comedy and personal drama. The teaser introduces Savithiri’s distinctive personality while leaving several questions about her relationships and journey unanswered. The film arrives in theatres worldwide on November 20, 2026.
