The makers of OM have unveiled a special character glimpse introducing Sai Pallavi as Additional Superintendent of Police Nithya Reddy. The video offers a look at the actress in a powerful police officer avatar, adding another exciting element to the upcoming pan-Indian thriller starring Dhanush and Mammootty. The film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on November 20, 2026.
In the film, Nithya Reddy is the daughter of a martyred forest officer. She works with the CBI and Interpol as part of the mission named ‘Om’, which centres on protecting forests. The character glimpse presents Sai Pallavi in a determined and fierce role, highlighting another distinctive character in her filmography.
Director Rajkumar Periasamy praised Sai Pallavi’s performance, describing her as “THE PERFORMER” and expressing admiration for her portrayal of the Naidupeta Ammayi. Sai Pallavi also shared that she sees her alter ego in Nithya Reddy, reflecting her personal connection with the character.
The film features Dhanush and Mammootty in prominent roles, bringing together an ensemble cast for a story that combines action, investigation and environmental themes. Music composer Sai Abhyankkar’s intense score further adds to the atmosphere of the character glimpse.
