Renowned Psychologist-Hypnotist Dr BV Pattabhi Ram is no more

Dr BV Pattabhi Ram , one of the most famous Indian Psychologists of all time, is no more. He breathed his last on Monday night. Cardiac arrest is reported to be the cause of his death. He was 75. He began his career as a magician. In no time, his extraordinary calibre made him a sought-after motivational speaker. A double Post Graduate in Psychology and Philosophy, he wrote a number of motivational books, some of which were widely read by students and professionals. He received numerous awards in India and abroad such as UGADI Puraskars, Kalaratna HAMSA award, JADURATNA title, Honorary Citizenship from Mayors of Nashville and New Orleans and more. He was felicitated by three Presidents of India - Shankar Dayal Sharma, R. Venkataraman and Dr Abdul Kalam for his outstanding work, his You Tube channel says. Besides providing career-related guidance and student-friendly suggestions, BV Pattabhi Ram also disseminated knowledge through several TV shows.
