The second single, Kobali, from Vijay Deverakonda’s upcoming period action drama Ranabaali is out now, and the song makes a strong impression with its fierce lyrics, intense music and striking visuals. After the romantic first single Endhayya Saami, the makers have presented a completely different side of the film through this high-energy track.
Composed by Ajay–Atul, Kobali stands out with its thunderous beats, heavy drums and powerful musical arrangement. The loud, aggressive sound creates an atmosphere of confrontation and perfectly complements the fierce mood of the song. The pulsating rhythm keeps the energy high throughout, giving the track the feel of a battle anthem.
Lyricist Kesava Aditya brings a forceful tone to the song, with lyrics that evoke courage, strength and fearlessness. The words reflect the commanding nature of Ranabaali’s character, portraying a man who refuses to be intimidated by those who stand against him. V. M. Mahalingam’s powerful vocals add further intensity, bringing the lyrics to life with a commanding delivery.
The visuals are equally striking, with Vijay Deverakonda’s rugged look, fierce expressions and powerful screen presence complementing the music. The dramatic imagery and energetic presentation offer a glimpse into the intense world of Ranabaali, building curiosity about the character and the challenges he faces.
Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, the film stars Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles, with music composed by Ajay–Atul. The film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on October 16, 2026.
The makers are gearing up for the grand pre-release event of Ranabaali on October 13 at Shilpakala Vedika in Hyderabad. With Kobali presenting Vijay in a fierce and fearless avatar, the event is set to build further excitement around the film ahead of its theatrical release.
