A new shooting schedule of Peddi will be rolled out from Friday (December 12th) in Hyderabad. Director Buchi Babu Sana has provided an update about the schedule.
"Several pivotal sequences will be canned. After shooting some scenes in Hyderabad, we will move to Delhi. Filming will continue until the end of January, by which time the entire talkie part of the movie is expected to be wrapped up. As planned, all aspects of production are progressing smoothly, with post-production work moving ahead at a good pace," the team said.
Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar essaying a crucial role adds further gravitas to the film, while Jagapathi Babu and Divyendu Sharma appear in significant supporting roles.
AR Rahman has scored the music. The first song, Chikiri Chikiri, has been a sensational chartbuster. "With 150 MILLION+ YouTube views and 18 MILLION+ likes, and Trending across music platforms like Apple Music and Spotify, and topping the global YouTube charts, is a special achievement for all of us. And over 1 MILLION reels and shorts celebrating its vibe," the production house today stated.
Peddi is all set for a grand pan-India theatrical release on March 27, 2026.
