Peddi: Chikiri promo satisfies Ram Charan's fans, Rahman set to rock

Chikiri , the first song from Peddi, will be out on November 7th . On Wednesday, the makers of the movie put out a video clip in which Buchi Babu Sana and AR Rahman are seen engaged in a conversation before treating the audience to a rhythmic, rustic song promo wherein the Mega Power Star is seen dancing in a jaunty mood. The video clip begins with how the director was introduced to Rahman's music when he was in Standard VII. The conversation veers towards what kind of a tune he expects for the romantic situation he has in mind. When the filmmaker says that Chikiri is a pet name for "lovely girls" in some villages, the legendary composer is amused. Rahman, who tells the Uppena filmmaker that he was touched by his trust, conceives a raw tune in a snap.
