NTR is set to attend the pre-release event of Don’t Trouble The Trouble as the chief guest. The makers announced the update as Fahadh Faasil’s fantasy entertainer enters the final stage of promotions ahead of its October 2 theatrical release.
The announcement comes soon after the film’s trailer introduced audiences to a much clearer picture of its unusual premise. Fahadh plays Suri, a street magician who relies on tricks and deception rather than possessing any real supernatural abilities. His life takes an unexpected turn when he encounters Divya, a young girl who actually has mysterious powers.
The trailer further reveals that Divya is searching for her missing parents, bringing Suri into a situation far beyond the usual problems he faces as a magician. What begins as an unexpected meeting gradually turns into a journey where Suri and Divya have to work together. This combination of a fake magician and a genuinely powerful young girl forms the central hook of the film.
Another major highlight of the Telugu trailer is Nandamuri Balakrishna’s voice-over, which features a reference to his popular “Don’t trouble the trouble” dialogue. The Malayalam and Tamil versions also feature special voice-overs by Mohanlal and Kamal Haasan respectively.
The trailer has therefore expanded the film beyond a simple fantasy setup, bringing together magic, mystery, emotion and adventure. With NTR now confirmed as the chief guest for the pre-release event, the upcoming promotional gathering adds another major moment to the campaign.
Directed by Shashank Yeleti, Don’t Trouble The Trouble stars Fahadh Faasil and Ssara Palekar, with Kaala Bhairava composing the music. Produced by Shobu Yarlagadda, Prasad Devineni and S.S. Karthikeya under Arka Mediaworks and Showing Business, the film is set to release in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam on October 2.
