Manchu Manoj's David Reddy to be a British era action drama

Born in the Madras Presidency, raised in Delhi. Now, shaking the British Empire, the makers of Manchu Manoj's David Reddy wrote, announcing their new project. David Reddy will be a period action drama set in the British era. David Reddy's story will unfold over 25 years - from 1897 to 1922. Seen recently in an emotional role in Bhairavam , Manchu Manoj will be cast in a never-before-seen, fearless and rebellious role in the movie. The emotionally-charged movie is helmed by Hanuma Reddy Yakkanti. Manchu Manoj plays the role of the lead antagonist, The Black Sword. It is directed by Karthik Gattamneni and is scheduled for a worldwide release on September 5, 2025.
