Manam gears up for a theatrical release in Japan

Manam is all set to be released in Japan . It will be an August 8th release. Released in 2014, the Vikram K Kumar directorial was nothing short of a casting coup. Since it featured the three generations of the Akkineni family, it was considered Telugu cinema's pride. The film also featured a strong supporting cast including Brahmanandam, M. S. Narayana, Jaya Prakash Reddy, and several notable cameo appearances by Amitabh Bachchan (making his Telugu debut), Amala Akkineni, Akhil Akkineni, Lavanya Tripathi, Raashii Khanna, and Neetu Chandra. Manam was produced by the Akkineni family under the banner of Annapurna Studios, with Nagarjuna Akkineni and Mahesh Ramanathan being key producers.
