Kishkindhapuri: Unique horror, soundscape, and a new world

In a chit-chat with his fellow colleagues who have worked on Kishkindhapuri, Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas said that his upcoming movie is going to be unique both in terms of content as well as its soundscape. The Bhairavam and Rakshasudu hero has never been fond of horror movies. What then made him do Kishkindhapuri ? When director Koushik narrated the story to me, I didn't see it as a conventional horror script. While the experience was that of horror, the story is in a new zone altogether. It is more of a content-based thriller whose flow hooked me, the hero said. The film seems to be rich in Telugu language. When Koushik gave the narration, Sai Srinivas and Anupama didn't understand many words. It was 'grandhikam'. The story is set in a fictional town. When you set your story in a fictional place, your imagination can take a flight. When it is a real town, your imagination is constrained, because you have to be logical, Sai Srinivas said. Also, Anupama Parameswaran will offer the unexpected, he hinted. Hyper Aadi suggested that a shot involving the heroine will be extremely spooky. Just for a promotional interview, the makers invested Rs 25 on the set design. The film will hit the screens on September 12th .
