Dulquer Salmaan’s Kaantha lands its First Look

Kaantha , produced by Rana Daggubati s Spirit Media and Dulquer Salmaan s Wayfarer Films, was launched last year. It commenced filming in September 2024. Directed by Selvamani Selvaraj, the pan-Indian movie features Dulquer Salmaan in the lead. Bhagyashree Borse and Samuthirakani will be seen in pivotal roles. The project represents Spirit Media s first big venture, aligning with Suresh Productions. The film is produced by Prashanth Potluri, Rana Daggubati , DQ, and Jom Varghese. Dani Sanchez Lopez handled the cinematography and music composed by Jhanu Chanthar. The art direction is by Ramalingam, the script is written by Tamizh Prabha and Lewellyn Anthony Gonsalves serves as the editor. The film is aimed to be released in multiple South Indian languages, including Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, and Kannada, ensuring a broad reach across the region.
