Drishyam 3: The Conclusion has recorded a reported ₹95.10 crore worldwide gross on Day 1. The Ajay Devgn starrer, which arrived in theatres on October 2, has also registered the actor’s biggest first-day collection, according to trade reports.
The film collected an estimated ₹66.75 crore net in India, with its domestic gross standing at around ₹80.10 crore. Overseas markets contributed approximately ₹15 crore, taking the worldwide total to ₹95.10 crore.
The numbers are significantly higher than the previous films in the franchise. Drishyam earned ₹5.85 crore net in India on its first day in 2015, while Drishyam 2 collected ₹15.38 crore net in 2022. The latest instalment has therefore set a new first-day benchmark for the franchise.
Drishyam 3: The Conclusion brings Ajay Devgn back as Vijay Salgaonkar, with Tabu, Shriya Saran and Ishita Dutta returning to the franchise. Jaideep Ahlawat joins the cast, while Abhishek Pathak returns as director.
The film has benefited from the October 2 holiday and the anticipation surrounding the final chapter of the thriller franchise. Its performance over the weekend will now determine how well it can maintain the momentum generated by its first day.
With the worldwide gross already nearing the ₹100 crore mark, Drishyam 3 has made a notable start to its theatrical run. The coming days will provide a clearer picture of its overall box office trajectory.
