Bigg Boss Telugu 10 wrapped up its first week with plenty of drama, unexpected exits and some serious reality checks from Nagarjuna. After the shocking mid-week eviction of RJ Charan, another contestant, Chaitra Rai, also exited the house, leaving the Weekend episodes with plenty to address.
Chaitra Rai’s exit came during the Maha Pariksha phase, with her fate decided through the High Risk Zone process rather than the regular public voting route. She was among the contestants facing the danger of elimination, and the housemates’ decision ultimately led to her exit. Her elimination came shortly after Charan’s mid-week eviction, making the opening week particularly unpredictable. There was also speculation about whether the two contestants had actually been eliminated or moved into a secret-room twist, but the Weekend episode put those rumors to rest.
On Saturday, Nagarjuna addressed the major developments from the first week. He questioned the contestants about their behavior, particularly the repeated clashes between Rohit and Thrigun. Their arguments over house duties, responsibilities and team decisions had become one of the biggest talking points of the week. Nagarjuna also pulled up the housemates over cleanliness and discipline, with the host even washing their glasses to make his point. Rohit and Thrigun were specifically reprimanded for their conduct.
The confirmation process also continued during the Weekend episodes, with Aman and Mukesh Gowda securing confirmed-Housemate status. Sunday brought another important development as Sudheer Reddy, Varshini Sounderajan and Krishnudu also became confirmed Housemates. There was no regular elimination on Sunday, meaning the first week ended with Charan and Chaitra as the two contestants who had exited the house. With the Maha Pariksha phase coming to an end, the game then moved into its next stage.

In a twist, contestants who were yet to become confirmed Housemates were also given the opportunity to participate in nominations. The proceedings quickly turned heated, with groupism, favoritism and individual gameplay becoming major points of discussion.
By the end of the nominations, Rohit Naidu, Mukesh Gowda, Shalini Damera, Thrigun, Jhansi, Sudheer Reddy, Debjani Modak, Varshini Sounderajan, Ram Prasad, Srishti Vyakaranam and Krishnudu were in the danger zone.
