Bigg Boss 10 delivered a major surprise on Day 18 as the captaincy contender race continued with more tasks, emotional decisions and unexpected developments inside the house. The episode, however, took a completely different turn towards the end when three former Agnipariksha contestants arrived at the Bigg Boss house.
The captaincy contender task continued with another buzzer challenge involving Vamsi and Naresh. Thrigun was given the responsibility of deciding who touched the buzzer first. He initially declared Naresh as the winner but later changed his decision and announced that Vamsi had reached the buzzer first. The decision created tension between Thrigun and Naresh, with the latter questioning the decision. Vamsi, meanwhile, accepted the final call and continued in the competition.
Jhansi also got an opportunity to compete for a place in the captaincy contender race. She faced Vamsi in a task and emerged victorious, securing her place among the contenders. As part of the Temptation vs Tension format, Jhansi was then given a difficult choice involving family sentiments. The task once again tested whether the contestants would prioritise their personal temptations or protect another housemate from an emotional consequence.
The episode then took an unexpected turn when Bigg Boss showed comments about the housemates that were supposedly based on observations from outside. Remarks about Shalini, Ram Prasad, Thrigun, Varshini, Sudheer, Mukesh and others triggered discussions inside the house, with contestants wondering who had made the comments and whether they reflected the audience’s opinion.
The biggest twist came when Apoorva, Mithilesh and Navarasala Ramakrishna appeared at the house gate. The three had previously been part of the Agnipariksha process and were now given an opportunity to enter the Bigg Boss house. Their arrival immediately changed the mood, especially as Mithilesh and Apoorva began questioning some contestants about their gameplay. Mithilesh’s interaction with Thrigun also turned heated, while Ramakrishna presented himself as someone who could bring a different energy to the house.
