Bigg Boss 10 entered its fifth week with a heated nomination process on Day 29. With Varshini as the captain and Vamsi and Sudheer holding immunity, the remaining housemates faced the nomination challenge, which quickly brought several old issues back into the spotlight.
Bigg Boss introduced a new nomination task involving pumpkins. In each round, two contestants competed to find a hidden pumpkin. The winner received the power to nominate two housemates, while the other contestant could nominate one. The format gave the housemates an opportunity to directly question each other and explain their reasons for making their choices.
Ram Prasad won the opening round and nominated Aman and Thrigun. His reasons brought the earlier Total Dominion task and the disagreements from the previous week back into the discussion. The nominations soon became more personal as the contestants challenged each other over their behaviour and game approach.
Mukesh nominated Apoorva, questioning her conduct during her captaincy. His comments led to a heated exchange between the two, with Apoorva objecting to some of the remarks made against her. Thrigun also targeted Apoorva after winning another round, bringing up their previous disagreements and accusing her of provoking him.
Aman later nominated Mukesh, while Varshini nominated Apoorva and Rohit. Shalini also nominated Thrigun, questioning his way of handling disagreements. With several contestants openly confronting one another, the nomination process became one of the most heated episodes of the week so far.
By the end of the episode, Thrigun, Apoorva, Mukesh, Rohit, Aman, Shalini and Charan emerged as the key names in the fifth-week nomination battle. With the nominations continuing to create clashes and old issues resurfacing, the upcoming episodes are expected to bring more confrontations inside the Bigg Boss house.
