God of Masses Nandamuri Balakrishna has spoken highly of Akhanda 2. "I always think about the fans and the audience. I try to deliver a good film and a good message. When the whole of India was gripped by fear due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we released the movie Akhanda and achieved a massive victory. My thanks to all the Telugu audiences who encouraged and brought success to a good film," Balakrishna said at the pre-release event of Akhanda 2 on Friday. The movie will hit the screens on December 5. His speech was rich in spiritual language, including references to Rudra Thaandavam. "If Boyapati Sreenu and I decide to make a film, we do it immediately. And we plunge into that great Yajna. I am like mercury; I take the shape of whatever I enter into. The fact that I am able to work in so many capacities—as an actor, as the Chairman of the Cancer Hospital, and as the MLA of Hindupuram—is all due to the blessings of God and my parents. My path is straight; my words are straightforward," the actor said. Balakrishna said that Akhanda 2 showcases Sanatana Dharma very well, brilliantly showing its power, honor, and valor. "Sanatana Dharma is ours, the roots of India," he said, referring to the Maratha warrior Shivaji in his speech. he described Akhanda 2 as eclectic in its essence, likening it to Ugadi Pacchadi. "Music heals diseases. If the music is good, the film is a hit. This film is not just a hit; it's going to explode. Thaman has given such wonderful music," Balakrishna added. "Fight Masters Ram-Lakshman have choreographed some fantastic fights," he further said. Akhanda 2 co-stars Aadhi Pinisetty, Kabir Duhan Singh, and Samyuktha.
