The buzz surrounding Swapna Cinemas’ upcoming film Champion is reaching a fever pitch as it nears its worldwide release on December 25th. The film, directed by Pradeep Advaitam and starring Roshan alongside Malayalam star Anaswara Rajan, promises a blend of high-energy entertainment and deep emotional resonance.
Stepping into the Telugu film industry for the first time, Anaswara expressed profound gratitude for the support she received from the production houses, including Vyjayanthi Movies and Zee Studios. While the language was initially a barrier, she credited her director for her successful delivery of the dialogues. "The director taught me the nuances of every single word," she shared, adding that she felt "incredibly lucky" to be launched under such an esteemed banner.
The film's soundtrack, composed by Mickey J. Meyer, has already produced a chartbuster in Gira Gira. Anaswara noted that the song is a personal favorite among her and her friends. She also praised her co-star’s energy on set, mentioning that Roshan is a fantastic dancer and that she even managed to pick up a few dancing tips from him during their rehearsals.
Beyond the vibrant songs, Anaswara was drawn to the project by the strength of its script. She described her character, Chandrakala, as a role that will leave a lasting impression on the viewers.
