The makers of Aakasam Lo Oka Tara have unveiled the film’s teaser, offering a glimpse into an inspiring story about dreams, education and a young woman’s determination to reach beyond the boundaries set by society. Starring Dulquer Salmaan and directed by Pavan Sadineni, the film is gearing up for a theatrical release on November 20, 2026.
The teaser introduces Kalpana, played by female lead Satvika Veeravalli, who secures the district first rank in her examinations. Krishna, played by Dulquer Salmaan, supports her education even after their marriage and encourages her to pursue her studies by joining college. Kalpana praises him for being a good person, leaving Krishna delighted and on cloud nine. Shruti Haasan also plays a role in the film.
However, Kalpana’s journey is not going to be easy. While Krishna encourages her ambitions, the family questions her desire to continue studying and insists that she should focus on household responsibilities instead. They even challenge her ability to cross the boundaries of her own village, discouraging her from dreaming beyond what they believe is possible.
Kalpana, however, has a much bigger goal. She dreams of becoming an astronaut and reaching beyond the limits imposed on her. The teaser features a glimpse of a rocket, hinting at the ambitious journey that lies ahead. Her determination to reach the sky forms the emotional core of the glimpse, raising curiosity about how she will overcome the obstacles in her path.
With its focus on a woman’s aspirations, family expectations and the pursuit of an extraordinary dream, Aakasam Lo Oka Tara promises an inspiring cinematic journey. The teaser leaves audiences wondering whether Kalpana will fulfil her dream of becoming an astronaut, with the sky serving as the only limit to her ambitions.
