The versatile Victory Venkatesh and 'Matala Mantrikudu' Trivikram Srinivas are calling their much-awaited movie Aadarsha Kutumbam. Since the family lives in a home address bearing number '47', the film will be called 'AK 47' for stylistic purposes. The term 'Aadarsha Kutumbam' is often used in different tones in the Indian social context. Since Trivikram's movies don't tell predictable stories, the idea behind the title will be interesting to experience.
The film, produced by S Radha Krishna (Chinababu) of Haarika & Hassine Creations, goes on the floors today. In today's title poster, the Sankranthiki Vasthunam actor is seen in a "mature, charming avatar". The makers wrote, "The title. The vibe. The excitement. ALL LOADED!"
Fans expect the movie to feature "heartfelt storytelling, emotional depth, and clean family entertainment". Srinidhi Shetty of KGF fame is the heroine.
AK 47 will grace the big screens worldwide in Summer 2026.
Trivikram was the dialogue writer for Venkatesh's super-hit films 'Nuvvu Naaku Nachav' (2001) and 'Malliswari' (2004). Producer S Naga Vamsi, while announcing AK 47 a few months back, referred to them as the "OGs of entertainment."
