It was on this day (February 13th) in 2015 that the Puri Jagannadh-directed Temper hit the screens. As far as its one-liners go, this is easily one of the best in Jr NTR’s career. After films like Aadhi and Simhadri, it is Temper that had the most exceptional lines. After all, Puri wrote its dialogues. The lines could only have been outstanding.

When Prakash Raj‘s character tells the hero that his ego gets bruised if he is provoked, Tarak’s retort hits it out of the park: “Neeku lopala untundemo naku chuttu wifi laga untundi. Username: Daaya Password Policeee”. This particular punchline was in the audience’s memory for years.
Another golden line: “Jeevitham evarni vadhilipetadu. Andhari saradha theerchesthadhi. Naku kuda theeripoindhi. Aina marathanani guarantee ledhuuu.” Puri’s philosophical touches are a thing!
This one brought out the unabashed immorality of the lead man: “Aithe atu undu, ledhante itu undu. Nee laga madhya lo unde vaalla valla ee Deshaniki kadhu kada nee family ki kuda upoyogam undadhu, Murthy.” Another such line: “Desham lo jarige prathi kumbakonam nannu inspire chesedi. Ayyo indulo nenu lene ani baadha padevadini.”
The line brought out the inherent anguish of the film: “Oka ammai ni chudagane memu ventane rape cheyagalm. Miru ventane mamalni sikshinchagalara sirr? Veyyaleruuu…andhuke i love my country.”
Temper was produced by Bandla Ganesh. Vakkantham Vamsi writing the story must have given Puri Jagannadh enough time and energy to pen the best possible lines.
