Suriya’s presence at Kanguva’s pre-release event in Hyderabad electrified fans. The actor began his speech by reflecting on his bond with the Telugu audience.
“Kanguva took two years to be finished and it is a very special memory. I owe my filmography to my directors, producers, and the movies you (audiences) celebrated. Kanguva provides entertainment on a bigger level, a new experience,” the Jai Bhim actor said.
Suriya described Prabhas, Rana Daggubati and Anushka Shetty as his friends. “When I asked them what made them give so much of their time to Baahubali, they would speak of Rajamouli sir’s drive, energy and positivity. As far as Kanguva is concerned, Siva is that person. He was excited like a baby when he narrated the story. On sets, for 160-170 days, he was the commander. He made 3,000 people understand what they were supposed to do. I have become a better person after spending two years with him,” the actor said.
Kanguva, starring Bobby Deol as the antagonist, will hit the screens on November 14th on more than 10,000 screens. Studio Green and UV Creations have bankrolled the epic fantasy action film. Suriya stated that Devi Sri Prasad’s music is amazing.
