The founder of Ramoji Film City, Media Titan- Ramoji Rao, passed away on Saturday sending shockwaves to the Telugu Film Industry.
Movie director SS Rajamoul and his wife Rama Rajamouli, Producer C. Ashwani Dutt, Oscar-winning Musician MM Keeravani, and numerous other celebrities paid their respects at the place where Ramoji Rao’s mortal remains are preserved for his family, friends, and admirers.
Speaking about his shock at Ramoji Garu’s death, SS Rajamouli remembers the magnificence of the Media Titan, who founded several businesses in the Telugu states and brought about a near-industrial revolution during his time.
SS Rajamouli suggests that one way to pay tribute to Ramoji Rao Garu would be by conferring India’s highest civilian award, Bharat Ratna.
Celebrities such as Chiranjeevi, Jr. NTR, Ram Gopal Varma, Vishnu Manchu, and Manoj Manchu expressed their sympathies via social media.
