The movie has collected a gross box office collection of 11.7 crores worldwide.

K Rajashekhar Reddy has financed the film Spy under the ED Entertainments banner. Along with the lead actors, Aryan Rajesh, Sanya Thakur, Abhinav Gomatam, Rana Daggubati, and others have played important roles in the film. Vishal Chandrasekhar and Sricharan Pakala composed the music and background score for the film. The editing of the film is also handled by the director, Garry BH.
