The real-life Bhakta, who was known for his innocent devotion, was so immersed in his adoration for Lord Shiva that he saw everything as a manifestation of the God Himself.
‘Saraswati Putra’ Ramajogayya Sastry’s lyrics are laced with this intimacy with the divine. Singer Vijay Prakash’s voice brings out the unalloyed emotion so well. Stephen Devassy has composed the song in which Vishnu and Preity Mukundan are seen.

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, the prominent spiritual leader and founder of the Art of Living Foundation, has unveiled the song in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
Recently, Prabhas’ Rudra look was released. Kajal Aggarwal’s Parvathi look and Akshay Kumar’s Lord Shiva look were unveiled earlier.
Kannappa is one of the most ambitious movies in the making. Mollywood legend Mohanlal, Kollywood actor Sarath Kumar, and Arpit Ranka will also be seen. Kannappa also features Brahmanandam, Raghu Babu, Madhubala, and others.
The film will hit the screens on April 25th, 2025.
