Charming Star Sharwanand’s 38th movie has been naming its star cast. The other day, Anupama Parameswaran was named as the untitled thriller’s heroine.
The latest actress to join the film is Dimple Hayathi, who shot to fame with Jarra Jarra song in Gaddalakonda Ganesh. Dimple was seen opposite Ravi Teja in Khiladi in the year 2022. Later, she did Gopichand’s Ramabanam. Director Sampath Nandi has called her character the “Chandh of our Soil”.

Produced by KK Radhamohan under Sri Sathya Sai Arts, this prestigious venture is being made on a grand scale with high production values and advanced technical standards. In a recent interview, Sampath Nandi opened up about the movie. He made it official that real-life incidents form the basis of the story. “The film draws inspiration from actual events, adapting them into a fictional narrative set in a 1960s village along the Maharashtra–Adilabad border,” the director said.
In an interview a couple of years ago, Dimple said, “After my item song in Gaddalakonda Ganesh, the audience formed a specific image of me, and it took effort to move beyond that. It’s a gradual process. Personally, I enjoy variety in my roles. Whether it’s a glamorous character or a traditional village woman, I am open to exploring all possibilities.”
