The release date of Nithiin’s Thammudu is nearing. Directed by Venu Sriram, the family-friendly action drama has been in the news over its pre-release promotional assets.
Speaking at a song launch event on Tuesday, the Robinhood actor highlighted the movie’s family emotions. “We shot in the forest for nearly 70 to 80 days, and during that time, our entire team bonded like a family. Thammudu blends family emotions, action, and entertainment,” actor Nithiin said.
Producer Dil Raju assured the audience that the film has an unmistakable wow factor. “The second half of the film, for around 45 to 50 minutes, takes viewers into an entirely new world. Just like our movie Sankranthiki Vasthunnam, Thammudu will appeal to families, youth, masses, and kids alike,” the leading producer said.
The makers are proud that the film’s trailer has amassed over 4 million views.
Laya and Varha Bollamma have prominent roles. Saurabh Sachdeva plays an evil role. Kantara fame Sapthami Gowda plays a rural woman. Malayalam actress Swasika, Hari Teja, Srikanth Iyyengar, Temper Vamshi, and Chammak Chandra feature in different roles. Ajaneesh B Loknath is the music director. KV Guhan, Sameer Reddy, and Setu are the three Directors of Photography who have worked on the movie. Vikram Mor, Real Satish, Ravi Verma, and Ram Krishan are the action directors.
Thammudu, produced by Dil Raju’s Sri Venkateswara Creations, will be released in theatres on July 4th.
