Hombale Films, the driving force behind the eagerly awaited film Salaar Part 1 – Ceasefire, directed by the renowned Prashanth Neel and featuring the charismatic Prabhas, has officially revealed the film’s release date. Mark your calendars for December 22, 2023, because that is when this action packed extravaganza hits the big screens.
Since Hombale Films unleashed the thrilling teaser of Salaar Part 1 – Ceasefire, fans have eagerly awaited more from this action packed spectacle. The teaser provided an exhilarating glimpse into the world of Salaar. Salaar faced a last minute postponement that left many distributors and exhibitors unhappy across various film industries. However, a new release date has now been confirmed.
Originally slated for release on September 28, the film’s post production work led to a delay. Finally, on September 29, Hombale Films took to X (formerly Twitter) to unveil the new release date. Alongside a fresh poster, they declared, “Coming bloody soon! #SalaarCeaseFire Worldwide Release on Dec 22, 2023.”
Directed by Prashanth Neel of KGF‘ fame, the movie promises to be an action packed thriller centered around a fierce character. Vijay Kiragandur, the makers of the KGF franchise under Hombale Films, are the producers of Salaar. The film features Shruti Haasan, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Jagapathi Babu, Sriya Reddy, and Easwari Rao in prominent roles. Bhuvan Gowda is handling the cinematography and Ujwal Kulkarni is the editor of the film. Ravi Basrur is composing the music.
