Release Date Of Venkatesh’s First Look From Drushyam 2 Movie Announced

Venkatesh Daggubati is on a roll this year with back to back movie releases.  His recently released movie Narappa became a raging hit thanks to his terrific response.  Venkatesh is one of the rare actors who can carry intense and comedic roles with the same ease.  He is now gearing up to entertain the audiences yet again with his upcoming movie Drushyam 2, the sequel to 2014 thriller Drushyam.

Venkatesh started shooting for Drushyam 2 earlier this year and wrapped it up within a span of two months.  The post production works were delayed due to the ongoing pandemic.  With the vaccination drive going strong, the makers have started rolling out updates.  In the latest, through a twitter post by the production house, they have announced that they will be releasing the motion poster of Rambabu played by Venkatesh Daggubati on 20th September @10.08 am captioning “In his world, the visuals are deceptive… Rambabu will be back on September 20th at 10:08 am. #Drushyam2FirstLook #Drushyam2 @venkymama @actressmeena16 #JeethuJoseph @aashirvadcine @antonypbvr #RajkumarTheatres @anuprubens #SatheeshKurup (sic.)”  Check out the announcement tweet below

Drushyam 2, starring Venkatesh and Meena in the lead roles is a remake of the Malayalam movie Drishyam 2, a thriller drama.   Drushyam 2 is written and directed by Jeethu Joseph, who helmed the original version too.  Drushyam 2 is produced by D. Suresh Babu under the banner Suresh productions in association with the original producers.  Anup Rubens is composing the tunes.  On the other hand, Venkatesh is working on F3, the sequel to his 2019 super hit movie F2 : Fun and Frustration.  F3 stars Venkatesh, Varun Tej, Tamannaah and Mehreen in the lead roles and is directed by Anil Ravipudi.
