Every Telugu movie fan admires Chiranjeevi for his energetic performances and his exceptional dance moves in songs. Chiru has a special liking towards item songs in his films and he recently shot a song for his next, Acharya. Director Koratala Siva roped in Regina Cassandra for the special song Saana Kastam, opposite Megastar. In a recent interaction, the South diva revealed many interesting things about her item song with Chiru.
According to Regina, the celebration song took about a period of six days to shoot at a huge set erected in Hyderabad. The Evaru actress is on cloud nine as her dance performance was appreciated by none other than Megastar Chiranjeevi himself. The Kotha Janta star also issued an interesting statement that this will be her first and last item song in her career. Regina couldn’t refuse the Saana Kastam song offer because, to shake a leg with Chiru is a once in a lifetime opportunity and is a dream come true for her or anyone.
Chiranjeevi’s next movie, Acharya, is said to be a family entertainer directed by Koratala Siva. As per reports, Acharya is a Naxalite-turned-social reformer. This middle-aged protagonist launches a fight against the Endowments Department over misappropriation of temple assets and donations. Trisha Krishnan was initially roped in to play opposite Chiru but Kajal Aggarwal replaced her due to creative differences. On the other hand, Pooja Hegde played the love interest of Ram Charan.
