RAPO22, Ram Pothineni’s 22nd movie, was launched last month. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film commenced its shoot today. On the first day of shoot, the iSmart Shankar actor shared his character’s look from the untitled movie, saying that he can’t wait to don the character, named Sagar.
“Meet SAGAR. He’s all LOVE… can’t wait to play him.. Be him.. Live him.. Experience him..(sic),” Ram Pothineni wrote on X.

The poster shows Ram in a youthful look. He is upbeat and lively, chirpy and simple. Instead of an SUV or a macho two-wheeler, all that he is seen with his a humble bicycle.
RAPO22 is directed by Mahesh Babu Pachigolla of Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty fame. Bhagyashri Borse of Mr. Bachchan fame is the heroine. Vivek Siva and Mervin Solomon, the Kollywood music directors, will be setting the songs to tune. Avinash Kolla is the production designer. The other day, Sreekar Prasad was roped in to helm the Editing department.
