RAPO22, Ram Pothineni’s 22nd movie, was launched last month. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film will go on the floors soon.
A Sreekar Prasad, the legendary Editor, has been onboarded for the untitled project. The makers are elated. “The man who’s associated with the biggest blockbusters of Indian Cinema and a legend in every right. Seven-time National Award winning Editor Sreekar Prasad joins the world of #RAPO22 (sic),” the makers wrote on social media.

Sivaranjiniyum Innum Sila Pengalum, Kannathil Muthamittal, Firaaq, Vaanaprastham, The Terrorist are some of the films for which Sreekar Prasad won National Awards in the Best Editing category.
Madhu Neelakandan was recently onboarded as the Director of Photography. “He, with all his expertise and mastery, will beautifully capture the untold emotions of #RAPO22 (sic),” the makers wrote. Two composers will be working on the movie. Vivek Siva and Mervin Solomon, the Kollywood music directors, will be setting the songs to tune. Avinash Kolla is the production designer.
RAPO22 is directed by Mahesh Babu Pachigolla of Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty fame. Bhagyashri Borse of Mr. Bachchan fame is the heroine. Ram Pothineni‘s movie is yet to be titled. Its shoot will be underway soon.
