Ramabanam Movie Synopsis:
Macho Star Gopichand’s latest film is Ramabanam, which is released today in theatres. The film is directed by Sriwass Oleti, who has already worked with the actor in the past. Ramabanam is an action and family entertainer. Dimple Hayathi is starring opposite Gopichand as the female lead in this film. Senior star actors like Jagapathi Babu and Kushboo played the roles of Gopichand’s brother and sister-in-law in this film.
Bhupathi Raja is the writer of the film Ramabanam. The film is produced by T G Vishwa Prasad, and the co-producer is Vivek Kuchibhotla under the People Media Factory. Along with the star actors, the film also features Tarun Raj Arora, Nassar, Subhalekha Sudhakar, Sachin Khedekar, Kasi Vishwanath, Ali, Vennela Kishore, Sapthagiri, Satya, and Get-Up Srinu. Mickey J Meyer is composing the music for this film. The DOP is Vetri Palanisamy, and Prawin Pudi is the editor.
Ramabanam Movie Story:
Ramabanam is the story of two brothers with different thought processes. Gopichand comes home after 14 years in Kolkata. Jagapathi Babu is seen fighting for a good cause like organic farming in the film. Gopichand, as Vicky, is more open and fights with rage against the villains of the film. While in Kolkata, Vicky falls in love with a YouTuber, Bhairavi.
Ramabanam Movie Review:
Ramabanam is a very well executed film with family values that is also an entertainer at the end of the day. Along with the commercial angle of family drama, the film has also delivered an underlying message about the current scenario of chemical food and organic farming. Gopichand has a love track with his partner in the film, Bhairavi, played by Dimple Hayathi. Amidst the love track, there are also comedy sequences that are entertaining.
Gopichand and Jagapathi Babu’s dialogue delivery and expressions were very good, as seen in this movie. The characters have excelled in the emotional scenes as well, including Kushboo. The film’s climax action scene was strong and powerful, with Gopichand in his mass avatar.
Performances:
Gopichand was the perfect choice for Vicky’s role. His timing on screen was exceptional, both with comedy and emotions. His performance in the action sequences was raging. Also, he has done a good job entertaining the crowd in the theatres.
Jagapathi Babu, as usual, has an amazing screen presence. His performance oozes dignity and can be said to be the highlight of the film.
Kushboo and Dimple Hayathi were good choices for the film, with both of them having well intended portions in the film. Dimple Hayathi plays her part as a YouTuber in Ramabanam.
The comic performances by Ali, Vennela Kishore, Sapthagiri, Satya, and Get-Up Srinu have come out very well.
Technicalities:
Sriwass Oleti, after his previous film Sakshyam, took a gap. Ramabanam came as a family entertainer, but the director did not miss the commercial angle to it. He had visualized every genre in the film, including a love story, emotions, and even action.
Mickey J Meyer’s songs and background score are good and well received by the audiences.
T G Vishwa Prasad bankrolled this film and has provided good production values that look lavish. The overall quality of a movie is impressive.
