Ram Charan is the proud son of the Megastar of Tollywood, Konidela Chiranjeevi. Ram Charan made his debut in 2007 with the film Chirutha. With immense efforts and acting excellence, Ram Charan rose to global acclaim within 15 years of his Telugu film career. Ram Charan was recently honored with the “Future Of Young Indian” award by NDTV in Delhi. Soon after receiving the award, Ram Charan gave a heartfelt speech, mentioning his inspiration for life, his father, Megastar Chiranjeevi.
Ram Charan said that he always looked up to his father for inspiration in his life. Today, the nation recognizes and respects Ram Charan as the future of India, but it was actually Chiranjeevi who was the first in Indian cinema to always plan for the future. Ram Charan shared how Chiranjeevi planned for the future and established blood banks in the Telugu state in the year 1998. He shared an emotional story at the awards ceremony. Actually, one of the close family members of Chiranjeevi’s family passed away due to a lack of blood donation in an emergency. Despite his fame and wealth, Chiranjeevi was deeply disappointed that he couldn’t save a life. Then he decided to establish blood banks everywhere in the state so that no one would die in the future. At the award ceremony, Ram Charan said that thinking about the future is a rare quality he adopted from his father, Chiranjeevi.
