Producer Naveen Yerneni today donated Rs 50 lakhs on behalf of his banner, Mythri Movie Makers, for the well-being of Sri Teja. The young Shri Teja has been hospitalized after he sustained serious injuries in the Sandhya Theatre stampede incident.
Speaking on the occasion, flanked by Cinematography Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, Naveen Yerneni described the incident as unfortunate. He added that Sri Teja is recovering and is responding to the treatment well.
The Cinematography Minister condemned the vandalism incident outside Allu Arjun‘s Jubilee Hills residence. “I request everyone not take the law into their hands. The Chief Minister promptly condemned the vandalism incident,” he added.
Mythri Movie Makers has bankrolled Pushpa 2 on a gigantic scale. The movie has minted more than Rs 1500 Cr worldwide so far. Recently, Allu Arjun stated that the production house, director Sukumar and himself have been planning to set up a fund to secure the future of Sri Teja. Between them, the hero-director duo has already donated Rs 50 lakh. Today’s donation is additional.
