Pawan Kalyan will once again be seen on the silver screen with Vakeel Saab, a Telugu remake of the superhit Bollywood movie Pink. When the poster for Vakeel Saab was released on social media, it broke all kinds of records in terms of how quickly the first look began trending all over Twitter. This was partly due to the fact Pawan Kalyan took a long sabbatical from acting to pursue his political ambitions with his JanaSena Party.
Pawan Kalyan also signed on a slew of films to keep himself busy for the next four years. Pawan Kalyan has signed movies with Krish Jagarlamudi and Harish Shankar and another rumoured movie with Puri Jagannath. Pawan Kalyan’s next movie after Vakeel Saab will be a period drama directed by Krish Jagarlamudi.

Tollywood is not new to making period dramas , however the movie industry is rapidly adapting the usage of new age filmmaking by integrating computer graphics and more realistic hand to hand combat sequences in movies. Rumour has it that Krish Jagarlamudi asked Pawan Kalyan to get in serious physical shape in order to showcase the Powerstar in realistic and intense fight sequences. An anonymous source revealed that Tollywood is used to unrealistic fight sequences but with Krish Jagarlamudi’s movie, Pawan Kalyan may be seen in Marvel Avengers level fight sequences.
Pawan Kalyan will be seen in Vakeel Saab which is planned to be released in theaters on May 15th, 2020. Dil Raju is producing the movie, while Venu Sriram was roped in to direct.
