The extravagant pre-release event for Kalki 2898 AD, which took place in Mumbai, was a big success because it increased the anticipation for its massive worldwide release.
The Mumbai pre-release gathering had lighthearted banter as well as some emotional moments. Renowned Telugu producer C Aswani Dutt, who gave Indian superstar Amitabh Bachchan the first ticket for Kalki 2898 AD, wrote a heartfelt message for Big-B.
Amitabh Bachchan, who was much moved by Kalki 2898 AD’s producer Aswani Dutt’s overall compassion and understanding, touched the feet of Ashwini Dutt, during the pre-release event.
Everyone was caught off guard by Big B’s gesture, even Ashwini Dutt got very sentimental about this. Ashwani Dutt has now sent a heartfelt letter in response to the Bollywood megastar’s generosity.
Aswani Dutt’s note reads, “Nothing is higher or taller than the invincible Shri Amitabh Ji. Such moments from yesterday’s event are quite unexpected and shockingly puzzling. His utmost love for me must have pushed him to do what he did. I reciprocate to Amitabh ji’s gesture in humility with his highest sense of magnanimity.”
“Few moments in life are sacred emblems of eternal bond, and such was his gesture of purity yesterday. I do solemnly salute his ultimate ethereal touch. Kudos to Amitabh Bachchan Ji – The legend of all centuries”.
