Pan-India star Prabhas in the titular role, the movie ‘Salaar Part 1- Ceasefire’, which had a blockbuster theatrical release in December 2023, started streaming on Netflix on January 20, from midnight. The film had a huge theatrical premiere in December 2023. Fans of the Prashanth Neel-directed film are eager to watch the online version.
In light of this, Likhitha Reddy Neel, the wife of Prashanth Neel, conducted a fan conversation on Instagram on “Salaar” and revealed some interesting updates for the upcoming chapter of the masterpiece.
Likhitha Reddy Neel provided some fascinating information, but her biggest contribution was to dispel a significant misconception that has been circulating online. In response to a question concerning Akkineni Akhil’s appearance in Salaar Part 2, Likhitha made it clear that Akhil will not be appearing in the film.
There have been rumors that Akkineni Akhil might feature in the eagerly anticipated second part of Salaar, starring Prabhas, ever since he was sighted at the success ceremony of “Salaar Part 1- Ceasefire.” It’s clear that Akhil won’t be appearing in this film now that the rumors have subsided.
Likhitha also hinted at a special item number, that is being planned for ‘Salaar Part 2’.
“Salaar” is a two-part movie starring Prabhas, Shruthi Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and others in lead roles. Music composed by ‘KGF’ fame Ravi Basrur and bankrolled under the Hombale Films banner.
