Looks like Nithiin’s Thammudu is not a regular film but a raw and gritty one. The film’s release date announcement poster says it all.
Director Venu Sriram and producers Dil Raju-Shirish duo have made the release date official. Thammudu will grace the big screens for the Maha Shivaratri of 2025.

Revealing the date, Sri Venkateswara Creations described Thammudu as a “Powerful Tale of Courage and Ambition.” The banner further wrote, “His Remarkable 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄. His Massive 𝐏𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑. Make Way for a New Brother in Town.” Since the team has described their film as a “tale of courage”, expect Nithiin’s character to be packed with virtues and guts.
Earlier this year, the team successfully wrapped up a major action schedule in the remote regions of Maredumilli. Fight Choreographer Vikram Mor of KGF and Kantara fame has mounted a major action sequence. A special set was erected on a major scale at the famous Ramoji Film City for a crucial episode.
Actress Laya and Malayalam actress Swaswika play pivotal roles in this film. In today’s poster, the Robinhood actor is seen in a situation of conflict involving himself and a girl child.
