This spy action thriller was written by K Rajashekhar Reddy and made under the direction of Garry BH. The gross worldwide collections for this movie at the box office have already crossed 25 crores by the fifth day of its release.
Spy actor Nikhil Siddhartha shared an apology note on his Twitter handle today. In the note, the actor thanked everyone who has made Spy a success and made the highest opening of his career. He then apologized to the audience as the movie was not released properly in all the languages, and this was the reason for the cancellation of 350 Telugu Premier shows overseas. He then apologized to all the Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, and Kannada audiences and said that his three upcoming films would be released in all the languages on time.

The film was produced by K Rajashekhar Reddy under the Ed Entertainments banner. Sri Charan Pakala and Vishal Chandrasekhar are the music composers for the film Spy. The lead actors in the film played the roles of RAW agents.
