Driving License movie fame Lal Jr is the writer and director of the film, Nadikar Thilakam. Naveen Yerneni and Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar are producing the film under the prestigious banner of Mythri Movie Makers in association with Godspeed Official. The movie also features one of the talented performers, Soubin Shahir, in a prominent role.
