On Saturday, the makers behind the family drama unveiled a first-look poster. They also shared a motion poster. “Meet Leela & Sethu — where Love, Fun & Chaos collide! (sic),” the makers wrote. In the poster, we see the male lead seated on a toilet, humorously bound with silver duct tape from his chest down to his legs. A piece of tape covers his mouth. The female lead is seen shouting something into his ears with a red megaphone in her hands.

Sathi Leelavathi is being made as a feel-good movie to cater to all audiences and impress viewers from all walks of life. Producer Naagamohan Babu M of Durga Devi Pictures stated that the production works were completed at a brisk pace without hiccups.
Mickey J. Meyer, whose recently worked on Nani’s HIT: The Third Case, is composing the music for the film.
