Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam Telugu Movie Review:
Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam Story Line:
Getting a job in the government is Subramanyam’s (Rao Ramesh) only objective. He waits for a government position, which he never gets, and dutifully avoids his responsibilities. But he never comes to terms with reality, which renders him a careless, unemployed individual.
He does nothing except waste time, while his wife Indraja looks after the whole family. Ankit Koyya portrays their son Arjun, who also develops into a careless and lazy person. Assuming he is the son of Telugu producer Allu Aravind, Arjun leads an imaginary life.
When Subramanyam discovers one day that his bank account has a ten lakh rupee credit while his wife is gone, he becomes quite anxious. He searches for the sender of the money, but he is preoccupied with too many problems and ends up blowing it all. He is now in more hot water as a result.
Funny things happen in Subramanyam’s and his son’s discussions. The movie not only showcases their shenanigans and friendship, but it also shows them sliding into financial difficulties together.
On-screen Performances:
Rao Ramesh, who has been a versatile artist with a filmography as a character artist, comedian, villain, and many other roles, essay full-length character in Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam.
Rao Ramesh’s role is quirky, and he tickles the funny bones with his one-liners and situational comedy.
As Ram Ramesh’s wife, actress Indraja impresses in a small part.
The main actor, Ankit Koyya, does a respectable job, however he really comes alive in certain comedic moments.
Harshvardhan makes an impression in the part. Ramya Pasupuleti’s performance is justified, however Comedian Praveen’s appearance in the climax is very nice.
Technical Aspects:
The straightforward tale of a guy receiving a sizable credit to his account is told in Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam. Director Lakshman did a fantastic job incorporating comedy into the plot he wove around it.
The movie has good production quality. The comedic sections’ background music perfectly syncs with the visuals. The cinematography also worked favorably.
End-Note: Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam is entertaining all around. Rao Ramesh is able to offer humor with his trademark caustic one-liners. Excellent work also from other departments.
