Superstar Mahesh Babu’s classic family entertainer Murari, helmed by maverick Krishna Vamsi, is remembered as one of the most-loved movies in both Mahesh and Krishna Vamsi’s respective careers. As a part of Mahesh Babu’s birthday celebrations, the producers of Murari have decided to re-release the family entertainer.
Fans are really excited about the re-release of Mahesh Babu’s 2001 hit film “Murari,” which is getting ready for a 4K resolution comeback. By August 3, the movie had already brought in Rs 50 lakhs from pre-sales, while the pre-release sales have nearly doubled so far. It seems like the Telugu audiences are still spellbound by this legendary family tale, with many wanting to rediscover its enchantment.
Murari, directed by Krishna Vamsi, originally hit the screens in 2001. Introducing the beautiful Sonali Bindre to the Telugu audiences, the movie also stared Lakshmi, Satyanarayana, Chinna, Shivaji Raja, Anitha Chowdary, Ravi Babu, Sudha, and other prominent actors in significant roles. Mani Sharma’s music, which worked wonders for Murari, is still loved by music lovers, while some iconic songs from the movie have a unique place in Telugu audience’s hearts.
