Lucky Baskhar has been made as a drama with little to no action sequences. In that respect, the film is more than rare by typical Telugu cinema conventions. Producer S Naga Vamsi has reasoned that the kick one experiences from earning loads of money is more than that experienced from bashing those we are angry at. In the same way, the money-making machine that is Dulquer Salmaan’s character in Lucky Baskhar is more exciting to watch than the action sequences we have been used to watching on the big screen.
Dulquer signed up to do the film because he felt it is not only honest but also original. “I had so many questions after listening to the story. I asked my director about the banking sector and why he wrote certain scenes the way he wrote. His elaborations convinced me that he had done his homework,” the Sita Ramam actor said.

Naga Vamsi is ready to host a party for those who manage to spot mistakes in the film. “I feel we have made an impeccable product,” the producer suggested.
Meenakshi Chaudhary plays Sumathi, the male lead’s wife in the movie. And she is an integral part of the family track in the movie, directed by Venky Atluri. “A role that gives you satisfaction, something that excites you as well as scares you… Sumathi is one such character,” she added.
The film’s production values, GV Prakash Kumar’s score, and Nimish Ravi’s cinematography look solid. The Trailer has generated buzz for the movie ahead of its release on October 31.
Lucky Baskhar will be released with premieres on October 30th evening.
