Little Hearts: Tight production timeline is among its big merits

Little Hearts has been the talk of the town since its release on September 5th. Made on a budget of Rs 2.5 Cr, it is billed to collect Rs 30 Cr (Gross) by the time Pawan Kalyan's They Call Him OG releases in theatres. This is as per distributor Bunny Vasu's assessment. A surprising fact pertaining to the film is that it was shot in just over a month. Director Sai Marthand and the team were able to complete the entire shoot for the rom-com in a remarkably short period—just 35 days. This rapid production is even more impressive given the film's polished and well-executed final product. This short production duration is why Little Hearts could be completed within two and a half crores. Mouli Tanuj and Shivani Nagaram play love birds in this Aditya Haasan-produced movie. The film's story, which is a coming-of-age romance set during the EAMCET coaching culture in Hyderabad, has resonated deeply with audiences, particularly those who grew up in the late '80s and '90s. The movie taps into nostalgia and includes references to pop culture, from Baahubali to the telecom boom. Actors like Allu Arjun, Ravi Teja, Vijay Deverakonda, and Nani have publicly lauded the film, with Allu Arjun calling it a fun amp; laughter ride and a very fresh, young love story.
