Laya is making a thorough comeback with Nithiin’s Thammudu. The actress has completed dubbing for her character in the movie. She will be seen as the hero’s sister.

Laya was seen prominently in the film’s trailer as well as in the recently released Bhuu Antuu Bhuutham. Nithiin’s character develops a bond with her onscreen daughter.
Producer Dil Raju recently assured the audience that the film has an unmistakable wow factor. “The second half of the film, for around 45 to 50 minutes, takes viewers into an entirely new world. Just like our movie Sankranthiki Vasthunnam, Thammudu will appeal to families, youth, masses, and kids alike,” the leading producer said.
Saurabh Sachdeva plays an evil role. Kantara fame Sapthami Gowda plays a rural woman. Malayalam actress Swasika, Hari Teja, Srikanth Iyyengar, Temper Vamshi, and Chammak Chandra feature in different roles. Ajaneesh B Loknath is the music director.
Thammudu will be released in theatres on July 4th.
