Mass Ka Das Vishwak Sen’s movie with Jathi Ratnalu director KV Anudeep was launched today. Titled Funky, it is a family-friendly entertainer with loads of comedy moments.
The project was launched today with a pooja ceremony in Hyderabad. Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Entertainments described Funky as a “laugh-out-loud FAMILY ENTERTAINER!”
The entertainer will go on the floors in the second half of January, 2025. “Fun, family and endless laughter,” wrote producer S Naga Vamsi, talking about the movie. Bheems Ceciroleo is the music director. Suresh Sarangam of Mathu Vadalara 2 fame and Navin Nooli of the recent Pushpa 2 are the cinematographer and editor, respectively.

Vishwak Sen was recently seen in an entertaining thriller titled Mechanic Rocky, co-starring Shraddha Srinath and Meenkashi Chaudhary. The actor, known for Gaami and Gangs Of Godavari this year, is also doing a film with a debutant named Sreedhar Ganta. He will be seen as an IPS officer in the movie. Producer Sudhakar Cherukuri of Dasara fame is backing it. Vishwak Sen is also doing Laila, in which he is playing a female role. The comedy drama is directed by Ram Narayan and produced by Sahu Garapati under Shine Screens.
